The College experienced another record-breaking Commencement, as 281 members of the Class of 2017 earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science degrees. And, we were honored to have Columbus Mayor Andrew J. Ginther as keynote speaker for the Commencement ceremony.

A new tradition began this year with the blessing of the master’s hoods at the Graduate Blessing and Recognition Ceremony. Sister Barbara Hahl, CSC, blessed each hood, which is the most important and distinctive feature of the Intercollegiate Code. The velvet lining of each hood is Apricot, symbolizing Nursing.
