In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; The Associate Dean for Graduate Nursing Programs provides leadership in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of the academic program. Guides the implementation of academic policies and programs related to curriculum, students and faculty. Oversees faculty development, assesses academic effectiveness.
