Documents Required for Admissions

1. Application
2. Application Fee ($30)
3. Transcripts - All college transcripts, both undergraduate and graduate, must be mailed directly to Mount Carmel College of Nursing, Master of Science Program.
4. Current resume or curriculum vitae
5. Two letters of reference (from individuals such as work supervisors, professional colleagues and former faculty members)
6. One page, typed statement of purpose written by the applicant that outlines the applicant's goals and objectives for the pursuit of graduate or nurse practitioner study.
