The Alumni Association board consists of president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and loan officers; chairpersons of the membership and scholarship committees; and several members-at-large.

Members of the board are chosen from a single slate, determined by the nominating committee, and elected at the Association’s January meeting. One-third of the board is chosen each year, and members serve for two years.

The board is charged with the guidance of the organization, and its members may be asked to represent the organization in a variety of venues.
