The newest fundraiser of the Mount Carmel Alumni Association, “Remembering Mount Carmel,” has been published. Alumni Association Updates
Your Alumni Association recently held elections for the coming year and some changes are in store.
To begin with, the association will be led by a pair of co-presidents who have each served on the board for several years. Susie Loik Parsons, class of 1976, has been chairwoman of the Annual Homecoming each year since 2008. Michele Uhl Born, class of 1975, has been involved in various board roles prior to the co-presidency.
Giving back - It's time for Class of '63 to step up
The class of 1963 is the 50-Year Honor Class this year.
Members are following a fairly new tradition among Mount Carmel's 50-Year Honor Classes by establishing a scholarship for nursing students. Last year's honor class contributed about $4,000 to a scholarship fund.
Alumni, meet your new co-presidents
