I was born in Indianapolis, IN, and raised in Speedway, IN — home of the Indianapolis 500. I received my BS in business from the University of Phoenix and my MLIS from Kent State University. I was fortunate to be able to do my practicum at Mount Carmel St. Ann's. I have previously volunteered in the Mount Carmel Health Sciences Libraries and St. Ann's Emergency Room.

Being a librarian is fun and rewarding when you are able to match a customer with their needed information. I sometimes feel like a private investigator as I search through the collection and databases to track down just the right information.

I have lived in Florida and Arizona, but love Ohio because I love the four seasons, snow, and snowmobiling.
