RefWorks is a Web-based bibliographic management tool that simplifies the generation of bibliographies and saves time. It:

• generates bibliographies and in-text citations in various citation styles, i.e., APA;
• helps decrease the number of bibliography errors;
• allows users to sort and file references into folders; and,
• can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet.
