“Having an experienced counselor on-site, so close to the college was a blessing for me. The stresses of prepping for NCLEX were much more than I ever imagined. Fear of failure, of disappointing myself and my loved ones, bust most of all fear that all of this hard work may have been for nothing. William took the time to listen and was able to offer valuable insight into changing the way I looked at my current struggles and viewed my future endeavors. I'm a survivor, not a failure, mistakes are just that... mistakes, and the tiny three-letter work YET changed my life and got me back on track to a healthier future and gave me the peace I needed in order to pass NCLEX.”

Carebridge is also available to student. Carebridge provides personal counseling to the student and their household members. The counselors are all master’s prepared professionals who can help the student or family member with:

  • Marital Relationships
  • Substance Abuse
  • Grief and Loss
  • Stress Management
  • Parent/Child Relationships
  • Difficult Emotional Issues

The process to reach a therapist is simple—please refer to this flyer for the telephone number to reach the Carebridge answering system. The secretary will ask where the student lives, so that a counselor can be located in an area that is easily accessed by the student. Then the counselor will call the student directly (ideally within 24 hours) to set up an appointment with the student. If the therapist thinks that the student will need more than 6 visits, longer therapy can be arranged, but the student will have to pay any co-payments associated with their insurance.
