Here are your next steps:

1. Submit application materials

  • All college transcripts - including College Credit Plus (CCP) and community colleges
    Official transcripts can be sent via electronic delivery system (like Parchment) or directly to admissions@mccn.edu. Unofficial transcripts cannot be accepted. All transcripts must come directly from the school, not the student.
  • High School transcript (Traditional BSN applicants only)

  • Evaluation of Foreign Credentials for any coursework completed outside the United States
    We accept evaluations from WES (World Education Services) or ECE (Educational Credential Evaluators)
  • RN License (RN-BSN, Masters, Post-Graduate Certificate, and DNP applicants only)
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation (Masters, Post-Graduate Certificate, and DNP applicants only)
  • Clinical Hours Verification form (Masters, Post-Graduate Certificate, and DNP applicants only)

2. Pay your application fee (not applicable to Traditional BSN or RN-BSN applicants)

SDAP and Graduate applicants can pay the application fee here.

3. Transcript Evaluation

Once all application materials are received, your transcripts will be evaluated to ensure you meet all admissions requirements and assign any applicable transfer credit. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

4. Apply for Financial Aid

If you wish to apply for financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA); you are strongly encouraged to complete and submit your FAFSA as soon as possible. MCCN’s school code is 030719. The MCCN Financial Aid Office will forward you a financial aid award letter upon receipt of your completed FAFSA and after you have been accepted to MCCN. Trinity Health employees should complete the Guild application in Workday to utilize their Trinity employee tuition benefits. For questions about Guild, please reach out to your HR representative.

5. Check your email for updates!

We’ll reach out to you about any information needed to complete your application.

We begin reviewing applications for acceptance for Spring semester in October and for Fall semester in January. You will receive an email with your acceptance status to MCCN after your file is complete and reviewed by the Admissions Team.
