Congratulations

Allison Erlinger, MLIS, has been promoted to Health Sciences Librarian and will be providing library services to other Trinity hospitals located in Iowa and Illinois. Allison started as Library Assistant in 2014 and helped implement the Library GoGreen initiative in 2016. We are very happy that she is able to further her career with the Library. Allison has another thing to celebrate – receiving a Masters of Library and Information Sciences from Kent State University in August 2016. Stop by and congratulate Allison on her accomplishments – her desk is now on the 4th floor.

Welcome

Kaitlyn Humphrey, our new Library Assistant, is ready to help you. Kaitlyn received a Masters of Library and Information Sciences from Kent State University in December 2016. Please introduce yourself and make her feel welcome!

In addition, Don received certification from the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP), a peer-reviewed professional development and career recognition program of the Medical Library Association. Library Website Updates

  • The College of Nursing portion of the Library’s website has been updated to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Click here to try your Library’s new search tool. Powered by EBSCO, it allows you to search the entire Library collection of e-journals, books, e-books and databases.
  • The online Evidence-Based Practice Workshop offered by your Library is currently being updated. We will let you know when it is available. If you have any questions, please contact Ken Wright by e-mail or call 614-234-5222.

Thank You!

Your Library thanks you for making the Cookies & Milk event a great success. We hope the warm cookies helped you chase away the winter blues! Here are some students enjoying the treats.
