MCCN again is partnering with nearby Avondale Elementary School to help provide holiday gifts to children in need. Students have set up a special Christmas tree in the main lobby decorated with paper ornaments outlining gifts for a specific child at the school. Interested students, faculty and staff can simply choose an ornament and purchase gifts as indicated on the card. Please bring in purchased gifts unwrapped by Friday, December 5. Anyone who wishes to help wrap gifts is invited to help do so on December 10 and 11 in the Rec Room. MCCN then will deliver the gifts to Avondale on Friday, December 19. Thank you in advance for helping make the holidays a little brighter for kids in need.
