Professional Highlights: I am a clinical nurse specialist working in Grove City, Ohio. I am proud to have received the Mount Carmel Excellence in Nursing Award and the Mount Carmel East Hospital 2015 Nurse of the Year Award. I’m a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society Nursing.

What is your hometown and where do you currently live? I grew up in Hilliard, Ohio, where I still reside.

When did you first feel the call to be a nurse? I felt the call to nursing from when I was a little girl.

What television shows do you have to DVR every week? House Hunters (Beachfront and International).

What is your favorite memory of Mount Carmel? The first time I walked through the campus and felt excited that I was about to be a part of something bigger than myself.

What book is currently on your nightstand (or at the top of your Kindle favorites)? The Aviator's Wife.

How has your Mount Carmel network helped you in your life, personally or professionally or both? My Mount Carmel network has all around helped me grow as a student, nurse, wife and mother.

What advice would you like to share with other nurses as they move from student to alumni of Mount Carmel? Find your passion and master it. You will never be able to master what you don't love.
