Now in its fifth year, the Interfaith Thanksgiving Prayer Service will be held on Monday, November 19, from noon to 1 p.m. in the College Lounge. Organized by Ellen O’Shaughnessy, DMin, director of Campus Ministry, and Campus Ministry students, the event will feature individuals and students representing Episcopalian, United Methodist, Roman Catholic, Jewish and Muslim traditions, who will reflect on what their faith means to them.

Mount Carmel College of Nursing has announced the appointment of Kathleen M. Williamson, PhD, MSN, RN, as MCCN’s new academic dean. Dr. Williamson will officially join MCCN in January 2019.
Dr. Williamson brings extensive experience to Mount Carmel as an innovative leader in key focus areas including higher education, nursing education and the integration of technology and evidence-based practice within key academic, community and health care stakeholder groups.

Beginning Monday, November 5, SNAM-Lancaster will collect non-perishable food for its annual food drive for St. Vincent DePaul in Lancaster. The items will be delivered Tuesday, November 20.
