A leader in nursing education for more than a century, Mount Carmel now offers the excellence and flexibility of an Online Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Completion program to fit the busy lifestyles and schedules of licensed registered nurses.

With full accreditation and a student-first focus, Mount Carmel College of Nursing is committed to advancing nursing careers to meet the critical demands of today’s healthcare environments.

“Our program is based on evidence and best practice, designed with the working RN in mind,” explained Tara Spalla, MSN, RN, assistant dean for Online Learning. “We have created a supportive, quality program enabling nursing professionals to achieve their goals — all on their schedules.”

Student Judi Brown agrees. As a 1974 graduate of Mount Carmel School of Nursing and daughter of a Mount Carmel alumna, Brown wouldn’t have considered any program other than MCCN’s RN-BSN completion. “Mount Carmel shares my philosophy,” said Brown, who is in her first semester.

Brown worked in health-care for 28 years as staff nurse, assistant unit director, clinical coordinator and nursing supervisor administrator. She currently works as a case manager for workerss compensation patients.

“I am really enjoying the program. All the instructors are very helpful, and you just get the feeling they want you to succeed in the program,” Brown said.
