Bachelor of Science in Nursing Student

What inspired you to become a nurse?

I was born with a rare liver disease, and because of it I had a transplant at 7 months old. I've always wanted to give back to the hospital that saved my life and help the kids who are going through what I did.

What is the best thing about Mount Carmel College of Nursing?

MCCN isn't just a school; it's a family where you feel welcomed and supported.

What are your goals for your nursing career?

My dream is to become a Liver Transplant Coordinator for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

I would tell my younger self to start the path into the nursing field right after high school.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in nursing?

While in nursing school, make friends. These friends will see you through the best and the worst times of your schooling.
