COMMONS CARDIO, TUESDAYS, 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.

August 1 through September 26 - Want to get a fun, upbeat full body workout in? This class concentrates on longer cardiovascular components interspaced with shorter intervals for body-weight challenges.

YOGA, TUESDAYS, 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.

August 1 through September 26 - Yoga is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga series with a mix of movement and breathing. We suggest bringing your own mat, or you can enjoy the grass beneath your feet.

Join Campus Ministry for a FREE retreat on Saturday, October 14, and Sunday, October 15, at Serenity Cabins in Hocking Hills. The theme is “Cultivating wholeness in the holiness of God’s love and the beauty of creation.” The cost has been covered by a grant from Downtowners Campus Ministry. Jill Kilanowski, PhD, RN, APRN, CPNP, FAAN, and Tracy Riley, PhD, RN, CNS, CNE, are again sharing their expertise in a writing group at MCCN. The group will meet in the Wilson Room or via Google Hangouts during lunchtime to discuss possible interests for presentations, publishing, writing, library access and abstract requests for conferences.
